360-Visions is a unique, one-stop business review and implementation service for company owners like you. We have years of board level business experience across travel and leisure, finance, not-for-profit, media and publishing. This gives us tremendous experience of identifying issues, and facilitating positive, profitable change.
How does it work? We call it our 1-2-3 Programme, and as long as it is followed, it will deliver results!
1. To start, we hold a meeting with you to discover the "current reality" of your business, and where you'd like it to be in future. We then report back to you with a "healthcheck" summarising key strengths and weaknesses, and those all important opportunities.
2. To follow, we run one, two or a series of workshops with your teams - don't worry, these provide great insight, and they're a lot of fun. You'll discover how your staff perceive the company they work for, what they'd like to see in a year's time, and how they intend to support such change. We've run these workshops for many clients, and they focus on every aspect of the business - sales, marketing, customer relationship management, finance, customer service and operations. Following the workshops, we give you a report summarising key issues and recommendations.
3. We help you with workshop follow through, and implementationof the full "360 yearly circle". This means helping you create a framework to ensure a direct link between workshops, business planning and setting/management of team/personal milestones. After this circle has completed one year we'll return to run your second workshops - even more fascinating to look back and see what's been achieved!
